I have attached my workings and I am having trouble getting any of my Buyers to agree to offer even $80.0m and now they want $135.0m!! Maybe as you say, the greatest uplift will come from a Seniors buyer or a Nursing home Buyer. I can ask Moran for you however there is a National market of these types of Buyers. To reach them all you will need to do an E.O.I. costing about $10k. That's about $1,250 per Owner. I would be delighted to represent you with a Campaign to get the highest price for you in excess of $80.0m but first I need to meet all the Owners and get them to each sign an agency before I can run a Campaign for everybody.
